Empowering Fathers, Strengthening Families

At Man 2 Man - Urban Youth Advocate, we are committed to transforming lives through fatherhood education, family reunification, and reentry support. Since 2020, we’ve achieved a zero-recidivism rate, reflecting the success of our evidence-based approach to creating lasting change.

Our Services

• Customized Curriculums:
  Fatherhood, Emotion Management, Conflict Resolution, and Life Skills programs tailored to meet the unique needs of fathers, young men, and returning citizens.

• Client Management and Advocacy:
  Legal assistance for reentry, custody, and child support, along with support for immediate needs and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) classes.

• Wraparound Support:
  Through partnerships with CityServe, Maranatha Christian Center, Love Never Fails, and Healing Grove, we provide mentorship, life skills training, and living-wage job placement.

Our Impact

• Reducing ACEs and Recidivism:
  By addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and breaking cycles of incarceration, we foster healing and growth.

• Certified Care Providers:
  As a CalAIM ECM (Enhanced Care Management) and Community Support-certified organization, we collaborate with Kaiser and Partnership HealthPlan to deliver critical services.

We proudly serve Alameda, San Francisco, Solano, Santa Clara, and Marin Counties, with plans to expand in 2025.
